As an experienced workshop facilitator, I bring a rare understanding of what leadership actually demands at senior levels.
What makes my workshops different?
Firstly, I apply an honours degree in psychology, further study in coaching psychology, and I take a holistic approach drawing from a range of research across psychology, neuroscience and leadership. I have lived experience in senior global people & culture roles across Australia, the UK, and Europe, to design and facilitate workshops that reflect the reality of executive life.
I also understand the pressure, complexity, and unspoken dynamics leaders navigate, and the internal patterns that quietly erode clarity, confidence and connection.
Each workshop focuses on the identity-level shifts required for modern leadership. Topics are highly relevant to the biggest challenge leaders face today, and content is purpose-designed to help leaders apply essential skills of self-awareness, emotional agency under pressure, breaking people-pleasing patterns, navigating relational dynamics and leading through intense challenges without self-betrayal.
